Me Time Therapies

No matter how hectic our lifestyles, we should all allow ourselves as much time as we need to give our bodies time to relax and recharge. A true moment of relaxation can make you feel really good about yourself, and allow you to look upon life with new vigour.

The complementary holistic therapies that I provide are wonderful treatments for stress and a wide range of common health problems. Holistic means whole body, and a true holistic treatment will take into account not only the body's physical state but also its emotional state. These therapies work on the basis that the most effective way to promote health and prevent illness is to strengthen the body's immune system, aiming to return the body to a balanced state; these therapies also seek to treat the cause of the problem rather than just the symptoms.

Where are you based?

I have a relaxing reflexology / complementary therapy treatment room within my home which is located approximately 5 minutes from J5 of the M5, Droitwich Spa turn off and is easily accessible from such places as Wychbold, Worcester, Evesham, Pershore, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Alcester, Kidderminster, Stourport and surrounding areas. I can also offer a mobile service within a reasonable distance of Droitwich Spa if you prefer.

I am very privileged to work as a volunteer therapist at St. Richard's Hospice in Worcester. This is very rewarding for me and extremely beneficial to the patients.

How do I know you are qualified?

I am a fully registered member of the Association of Reflexologists (www.aor.org.uk). The AOR is a professional body governing certified practitioners who have undergone formal reflexology training. Through CPD (Continual Professional Development) I continue to enhance and develop my existing knowledge and skills for all the treatments I offer.
