The complementary holistic therapies that I provide are wonderful treatments for stress and anxiety and a wide range of common health problems. Holistic means whole body, and a true holistic treatment will take into account not only the body's physical state but also its emotional state. These therapies work on the basis that the most effective way to promote health and prevent illness is to strengthen the body's immune system, aiming to return the body to a balanced state; these therapies also seek to treat the cause of the problem rather than just the symptoms.

I have a relaxing reflexology / complementary therapy treatment room within my home which is located approximately 5 minutes from J5 of the M5, Droitwich Spa turn off and is easily accessible from such places as Wychbold, Worcester, Evesham, Pershore, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Alcester, Kidderminster, Stourport and surrounding areas. I can also offer a mobile service within a reasonable distance of Droitwich Spa if you prefer.
I am available during the day, evenings and Saturday mornings.
